Forces Fitness aim’s is to provide FUN FITNESS for everyone that takes part in their sessions, whether you are new to training or an experienced athlete everyone is welcome.

All the sessions are conducted outdoors and are instructed by either ex or serving members of the armed forces, the Instructors all hold the relevant fitness qualifications and they will be happy to drive you to achieve your goals!

Forces Fitness provides corporate Team building/ bootcamp days/breaks that have proven to be popular with many companies and organizations in the South Wales.

Forces Fitness tailor’s all corporate days to YOUR budget*.

Forces Fitness could conduct a charity bootcamp where you get sponsored to take part, this is a great option as you could raise money for our nominated charity (Help for Heroes) or a charity of your choice – there are many different options!

Adventures Activity Centre

Bryn Bettws Lodge meets all the high standards required by Educational Organisations. The Lodge can accommodate up to 38 all with their own en-suite facilities so your Outdoor Activities can be managed for a small or large number. Situated in the wonderful Afan Valley you can arrange your activities with an Environmental or Outdoor emphasis or a combination of both.

A wide-range of activities are available through our partner Adventures Activity Centre. Specialising in Stag Weekends, School Residential holidays. The centre which is based in Porthcawl offers, Paintballing, Canoeing & Kayaking, Quad Biking courses, Coasteering days in Gower or Pembroke, Gorge Walking, Canyoning activity days, Rock Adventures & Surfing Lessons, just to name a few, as well as school days, corporate team building activities and more.

We have classroom facilities available for indoor learning and conferences.
